We specialize in meeting the requirements and wishes of national and international sports teams while addressing even the most demanding development, planning and implementation challenges related to training camps in order to guarantee optimal preparation for a successful season.

Our experience and contacts to tourism associations, municipalities, sports associations and the hotel industry allow us to assure you the customized progress of your training camp, from the arrival until the departure of the team.

Request

In the run-up to your order, we will discuss the key points of your training camp. Thereby, the ideas and wishes of the club management, as well as the requirements of the trainer and the team, will be in the foreground. We are happy to advise you; afterwards, we will contact our partners and work on an offer with added value for all involved. (preliminary work)

Concept

You will receive a concept for your training camp according to your demands and wishes, including a detailed and transparent cost statement. (preliminary work)

Order

After receipt of your order confirmation, we will begin with the preparation and coordination of your individual training camp. Our expenditure of time will be credited according to the specifications in our statement of costs.

Training Camp

Your training camp will be supported directly on-site by one of our specialists who is going to deal with the details of your camp while addressing any issues that might arise. In the meantime, the trainer and team are free to fully concentrate on their goals.

Our personal contributions (e.g. team building) and third-party services (e.g. training facilities) will be credited at fixed prices according to your offer. Services which are not included in the offer (e.g. supermarket purchases) will be charged to the customer according to the cost price paid +10%. However, the terms regarding the billing of additional services will be discussed in advance with the club management.
